JENNY CARTER-WELCH of The Huntin' Fool Magazine will be our guest speaker.  Jenny is the head of the License Application Service at The Huntin' Fool.  She will explain the various bonus/preference point systems in the western United States, talk about strategies to draw premium tags, and give a realistic appraisal of the best odds of drawing those once-in-a-lifetime tags.  If you want to know what it will take to draw a Bighorn Sheep tag or which state is producing the best Elk, Antelope, or Mule Deer trophies, you will not want to miss this meeting.  Jenny will also answer any questions pertaining to drawing tags across the West. In addition, she will be prepared to help anyone get on track who would like to start applying for western big game tags.
